His professional career includes executive positions in technical areas within the Central America region, up to the level of Senior Vice-president of Mobile Network Development for the largest cellular operator in the country. During his career he also spent a few years participating in the finance area of an operator with presence in all Latin America, eventually reaching the position of Regional Head of Procurement for IT and B2B categories.

Lago, CLO (Chief Legal Officer) Has 28 years of legal experience and 22 years of industry experience with Latin America focused international telecommunications companies, such as Liberty Latin America, Cable & Wireless, Columbus Networks and Diveo. He has played a critical role in closing commercial, financing and acquisition transactions in over 40 countries, including every market in the Torrecom footprint. Victor is admitted to practice law in Florida and Washington DC.

His previous position included preparing Xinwei to enter into Nicaragua telecommunications market.
