In order to obtain any kind of licenses, permits and authorizations required for the construction of infrastructure owned by TORRECOM and to comply with any provisions applicable to the activities of TORRECOM, whether federal, state, municipal, delegational or Mexico City, TORRECOM will transfer personal data to any authority when required to TORRECOM, on the understanding that, the personal data that are transferred in that case, will only be those requested by the authority in question.
